Bump stops are an integral part of proper suspension operation. They function as limiting devices for suspension compression by compressing between the chassis and axle under heavy impacts. Proper bump stop fitment can prevent expensive damage to fenders/flares, coil springs and chassis components. Few suspension kits address bump stops correctly as it simply isn’t possible for manufacturers to suit each customer’s needs with fixed-length bump stops due to vehicle differences.

Adjustable Bump Stops eliminate the "guessing game” of choosing the proper bump stop lengths for your application. This unique solution uses three different sizes of interlocking billet aluminum spacers. The spacers can be used independently or together in any combination to achieve 6 possible bump stop lengths: 0.75”, 1.25”, 2.00”, 2.75”, 3.25” and 4.00”.

Installation is easy and future bump stop length adjustment can be accomplished without removal of the coil springs. This allows you to conveniently adjust bump stop clearance as required by future vehicle changes to ride height and tire size.

They are also available for rear XJ Cherokee leaf spring applications. These come with new ½” thick u-bolt plates (PN OGS971) that incorporate a built in bump stop extension. Again proper bump stop fitment can prevent expensive damage to fenders/flares, leaf springs and chassis components.
