If you're thinking of swapping a HP Dana 60 into your Jeep® TJ, LJ UnLimited, Cherokee XJ, ZJ Grand Cherokee or MJ Comanche, this product will interest you. The T&T Customs Dana 60 Axle Truss is an easy way to strengthen your front housing and end up with beefier axle brackets and components. Our truss design allows you to install the truss without having to measure - UCA mounts, coil buckets and trackbar mounts are jig welded to the truss during assembly. To locate the truss, all you have to do is set it perpendicular to the ground and burn it home making it easy enough just about anyone can do it. We let you choose the mounts you need so you can get a truss that better corresponds with your application

**This truss is designed to fit the Ford '78-'79 HPD60 housing only.**
Truss shown with DS UCA mnt., PS UCA mnt, OTK Trac-bar mnt. and coil mounts.
All of our trusses require welding to install. We strongly recommend using a certified welder for any welding tasks.
Trusses are assembled to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for before shipping.
T&T Heavy Duty Lower Control Arm mounts are rquired when pushing axle forward.
OTK or Crossover Tracbar mounts, Upper control arm mounts and coil mounts come pre-welded when added to the truss, Lower Control Arm mounts, shock mounts and swaybar mounts do not come welded to the truss. Our HD coil buckets include shock mounts and mounting provisions for retaining the factory trackbar setup.
NOTE: Due to our DS upper control arm mount being raised slightly, the truss may not work with a suspension setup that utilizes an upper control arm that is welded at a fixed angle to the lower control arm.
